Corey (picture above) was in Bondi Beach making different balancing tricks. We asked him what his motivation was to keep practicing these tricks. Corey answered: “I like the feeling of accomplishment. I want to continue practicing to get good at it. Achieving something that I like makes me feel just great!
Then we met Kim and we asked her how she got the skill. Kim said:” I developed the skills from dancing and yoga. I have done hand balancing for more than 5 years now and I can’t stop!”
One skill takes you to the other until you find something that you love. But if you do not start practicing anything, then you might never find out what you will love doing. The key is to DO THINGS no matter how good you are at it in the beginning.
